We fell in love with Restaurant Colette at Hotel Sezz. As well as being the best 5-star establishment on the Côte d’Azur, it is also home to a table of excellence. We were delighted by our 6-act dinner, which took us on a journey for the duration of the meal.
The gourmet menu focusing on fruit and vegetables proved inventive, extremely well presented and rich in flavor. It was a real treat, both for the eyes and the palate. You can also choose from à la carte dishes: lobster, Saint Pierre, pigeon and other quality products.

Nestled in the small medieval village of Gassin, Restaurant Le Micocoulier celebrates seafood and fish (including sea bass, sea bream, sea bream and Saint Pierre). We highly recommend a visit to this charming village. It is featured in our article on must-do activities in Saint-Tropez.
From the establishment’s perched terrace, we enjoyed an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside and the sea on the horizon. For lunch or dinner, we recommend the 45€ gourmet menu. Located between the citadel and the port, we came across this iconic Saint-Tropez establishment. Originally an ordinary fisherman’s bar, it was transformed into a refuge for stars in the 50s (including actors, writers and artists). Can you imagine Pablo Picasso at the bar back then?
From the terrace, you can gaze out over the waterfront. We also appreciated the quality selection of wines and cocktails. The chef emphasizes local know-how and products. Open only during the summer season, Restaurant Dior Café des Lices is renowned for its delicious breakfasts. Between the basket of pastries, the fresh fruit salad, and the poached egg on toasted muffin, you have a small taste of the options available to you.
Adjacent to the Dior Boutique, you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden, with tables and chairs in the shade of the trees. The setting is particularly pleasant. We also really appreciated the lunch menu. The Mediterranean red tuna with krystal caviar and tangy double cream made our mouths water!
