Plage de la Garoupe, on the Cap d’Antibes peninsula, is one of the most charming beaches on the Côte d’Azur. We enjoyed the fine sand and crystal-clear water. It’s the ideal place if you love beaches in a natural setting. Here you can swim, eat, hike and admire the view of the mountains!
Here are some useful tips for planning your visit to Plage de la Garoupe in Antibes.
This guide is completely independent, based on our experiences. We visited the region anonymously, making our own choices and paying our bills in full.
Is Plage de la Garoupe worth it?
Yes, it’s definitely worth a visit! In fact, we’ve listed it among the most beautiful beaches in Antibes, as well as in our article on the most beautiful beaches on the Côte-d’Azur! We like it because, unlike the large, busy beaches of the Juan-les-Pins seaside resort, this one is a little “wilder”. You’ll feel privileged admiring the crystal-clear water and mountain views. If you’re in good physical shape, we recommend you take the coastal path to get there! It’s an unspoilt, rocky and beautiful place. To find out more, read our article on what to do in Antibes.
