Why stay at the hotel La Villa Nice Promenade?
Between the period staircase, light fixtures and more contemporary touches, we were transported to another time. And what can we say about the small terrace of the hotel La Villa Nice Promenade, shaded by its old orange tree, which offered us a real moment of relaxation. We were won over!

Is the hotel La Villa Nice Promenade worth it? Our review
Completely! We stayed at the hotel La Villa Nice Promenade on our last trip to Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur and were delighted. For us, it’s one of the best hotels in Nice, offering a refined setting with attention to every detail. Our stay was really pleasant!
One of the hotel’s main assets is undoubtedly its location, close to the famous Promenade des Anglais, the prestigious 5* hotel-restaurant Le Negresco, the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice, the Promenade du Paillon, the Jardin Albert 1er and the Musée Masséna. And how can we not appreciate the small terrace shaded by its old orange tree, a true haven of peace in the heart of this bustling city.

Decoration and atmosphere
We really liked the decoration and the atmosphere of the establishment. This old building once belonged to the family of Jacques Médecin, mayor of Nice. The interior design tastefully blends the old and the new, creating a cosy and distinguished atmosphere. The noble materials, the play of light and the textures have been carefully worked to offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The terrace on the first floor is one of the hotel’s assets, offering a pleasant space to relax and have a drink. The staff is also to be highlighted: friendly and warm, they are ready to help and make the stay most pleasant. We appreciated the team’s professionalism and availability to meet our needs and advise us on the most practical itineraries for visiting Nice and the surrounding area.
The hotel La Villa Nice Promenade is therefore a successful example of the alliance between modernity and tradition, with particular attention to detail.

The room
Our room at the hotel La Villa Nice Promenade was spacious and bright. As soon as we walked in, we were enchanted by the space and brightness of the room. The room was equipped with a convenient desk, a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a busy day, as well as an umbrella and a safe.
We were also provided with a kettle, an iron and ironing board, a minibar, as well as tea, coffee and a notebook with a pen to write down our impressions of the trip.
A real oasis of comfort and refinement, we even took a nap in the middle of the day between two visits to tourist sites! But what really seduced us was the view from our balcony. We were charmed by the table and two water green chairs, as well as the wrought iron railing that gave our balcony a particularly chic look.
From our room, we had a view of the hotel’s first floor terrace, lined with palm trees. But also on a part of the Promenade des Anglais. The singing of the seagulls added a relaxing note to the whole, and we savored every moment spent in the room and on our balcony.

The bathroom
The bathroom in our room at the hotel La Villa Nice Promenade was well appointed. The marble walk-in shower was spacious and easy to use. We appreciated the hygiene products provided such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as the cozy bathrobes and slippers.
The towels were fluffy and a hair dryer was available. Also, the separate restrooms were convenient. We didn’t miss anything in this modern bathroom. We even had the right to the silver Louis XVI style mirror!
