In our opinion, it&#8217;s one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/provencelovers.fr\/en\/best-villages-cote-azur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">most beautiful villages on the C\u00f4te d&#8217;<\/a>Azur. We love wandering around in the calm of the early morning, and we&#8217;re sure you will too. It&#8217;s a trip back in time!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start by exploring all the narrow streets of this small village.<br\/>Perched on a steep hill some 427 metres above the Mediterranean Sea, it offers spectacular views of the coast and sea. It&#8217;s a maze of narrow lanes and cobbled streets, typical of the Mediterranean region, with tunnels and arches.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Provence-Lovers\/%C3%88ze\/n-cXSbFV\/Jardin\/i-PJxBRNR\/0\/7de76d1e\/L\/Village_eze_jardin_cactus-L.jpg\" alt=\"garden of &#xC8;ze\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">View from Jardin d&#8217;Eze<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then climb to the very top of the village and choose to visit the botanical garden with its many species of cactus on the hillside. The Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild is famous for its architectural beauty, which draws on a variety of influences. It was built in the early 20th century and combines various architectural styles: Italian Renaissance, Baroque, and French Classicism.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can explore the villa and admire its 9 extraordinary gardens, overlooking the sea.
