Restaurant des Rois (1 star, H\u00f4tel La R\u00e9serve de Beaulieu)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Michelin-starred restaurant is truly our favorite. It is set in the exceptional surroundings of the 5-star La R\u00e9serve hotel. In fact, we&#8217;ve listed it among the <a href=\"https:\/\/provencelovers.fr\/en\/where-stay-beaulieu-sur-mer-best-hotels-neighborhoods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">best places to stay in Beaulieu-sur-Mer<\/a>. Restaurant des Rois was founded in 1880 by restaurateur Pierre Lottier, originally from Nice. With its exceptional sea views and daring cuisine, the restaurant quickly became a C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur staple, welcoming Hollywood stars such as Frank Sinatra! The main room is very chic and luxurious, in the Belle \u00c9poque style. We really enjoyed the floral, invigorating aspect of our dishes. We also found the desserts succulent. So Met&#8217;s Restaurant<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We were attracted by the atmosphere of this modern bistronomic restaurant. On the menu: tasty cuisine featuring local, seasonal produce! The menu changes every month, but always features daring creations (lentil emulsions, citrus reduction and saffron bergamot sorbets). Inside, we appreciated the elegant, contemporary decor. In our opinion, chef Anne-Sophie Sabini has just as much taste for tantalizing our taste buds as she does for creating a warm, refined atmosphere! Restaurant La Table de la R\u00e9serve<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along with the aforementioned Restaurant des Rois, La Table de la R\u00e9serve is the second restaurant at H\u00f4tel La R\u00e9serve de Beaulieu. However, this one is more &#8220;bistronomic&#8221; than &#8220;gastronomic&#8221;. The atmosphere is that of a chic bistro, as evidenced by the bistro chairs and elegant banquettes. Contemporary Mediterranean cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Restaurant Le Circ\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Circ\u00e9 is a Beaulieu-sur-Mer institution. We couldn&#8217;t miss it: its chic fa\u00e7ade gives this restaurant a palatial feel, and with good reason! Le Circ\u00e9 is not just a restaurant, it&#8217;s also a lounge bar and reception venue. It offers a wide choice of signature cocktails. We were immediately attracted by its plant-covered facade. In our opinion, this bistro has the most beautiful decor of all the establishments we have listed. We particularly liked the rattan furniture, which went particularly well with the very dark blue color that dominated the interior.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Provence-Lovers\/Beaulieu-sur-Mer\/n-kwnx6C\/Restaurants\/i-FcLhf6p\/0\/FZBsmxg3PDVWPV5dwJQh6KV34T3cBTR6GkRnPqqCd\/L\/beaulieu-restaurant-cafedessaveurs-facade-L.jpg\" alt=\"View of the fa&#xE7;ade of the Caf&#xE9; des Saveurs.  \"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cuisine is also very tasty, served with fresh, homemade products. That&#8217;s why the map is so short. However, you&#8217;ll find plates to share (roast camembert, crispy goat&#8217;s cheese, roast beef&#8230;), as well as generous dishes that will delight meat lovers. One example is the beef burger with truffled brie! A special dish is dedicated to children, and we&#8217;re sure they&#8217;ll appreciate the desserts (chocolate mousse, chocolate\/hazelnut cookie&#8230;). We&#8217;re sure you&#8217;ll have a great time with the whole family!<br\/>After our last visit, the Bistrot Caf\u00e9 des Saveurs changed owners in 2025. The former chef and his wife have opened a new establishment in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Restaurant <em>Le 3\/4<\/em> on the marina. This new address already promises a lot of potential, and we can&#8217;t wait to try it out! The Caf\u00e9 des Saveurs, meanwhile, is now run by another couple, also in the business, who have preserved the spirit of the house while moving upmarket and preserving value for
